Many Ways to Doctor Your Soup
Spice it up with your favorite sauces like sriracha, sambal or chilli sauce, gochujang (korean red pepper paste) or soy sauce.
Sneak in some veggies! Spinach, sliced mushrooms, peppers, carrots – whatever's in your fridge and sounds good.
Soups are a great way to try new flavor combinations. Have tofu? Throw it in. Extra kimchi? Go crazy. A little vinegar or sesame can go a long way.
Finish it off with crunchy toppings. Fried shallots, nori slices, sesame seeds, wasabi peas... the more texture the better!
